Shipping policy

Shipping

Porisen Collections is operated by Porisen Holdings LLC, a New York limited liability company. Standard shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.

How we fulfil orders

We do not hold stock ourselves. Each piece is held in the United States by one of our supplier partners, and that partner ships your order directly to you. Your order, your questions and any problem with it stay with us.

How long it takes

The delivery options for your order are shown at checkout. Our largest supplier states 3 to 5 days in transit by USPS within the US. Other partners do not publish a transit time, so some orders can take longer. If an order cannot ship within 30 days, we will tell you and you can choose to wait or have a full refund.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If a tracking number has not arrived within three business days, email porisencollections@gmail.com and we will find out where it is.

If something goes missing

If tracking has not moved for seven days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered that you never received, tell us. We will either replace the order or refund it. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself.
